Orders are normally despatch within 24hours
All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Parcelforce, for large orders a National Courier Company will be used.
If for any reason we are out of stock, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date, normally within 12 days.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail or the Courier Company will leave a card and will keep your package at your local depot sorting office for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. If not collected then after 7 days the parcel is then returned to us.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail or our Courier will be subject to a reshipping charge of £5.00. Overseas Orders will be 20% of the total order value, this is added to cover additional cost of posting and insurance.

Orders are dispatched from within the UK and should normally be received by you within 7 working days. We GUARANTEE delivery of all orders. The only way we know if you have NOT received your order is if you tell us. If your item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and place the item on backorder for you. If the item is part of a multiple purchase those in stock will be shipped immediately and the back-order will be dispatched as soon as it arrives. There are no further delivery costs for a back-ordered item.
Cancellations and Returns

Goods Must be Unused.
Postage and Packing costs are non-refundable. For Exchanged Items the customer pays all Postage & Packaging costs. Goods must be returned together with the invoice and a full explanation as to the reason for return and stating your preferred method of exchange or refund. Items damaged or faulty due to manufacture should not be used. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt and then returned as soon as possible. Please ensure that you contact us and obtain a returns number before returning any goods to check that we will accept them back and so we can advise you of the correct returns/exchange procedure. Product damaged on arrival
We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified in writing within 5 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please provide a note outlining your reasons for the return and send the product with all warranty cards, manuals etc. in the original box to:

You will be contacted as soon as your return has been processed. For your own protection, we strongly recommend returning your item via recorded delivery or courier. We do not compensate for any costs incurred in returning items. If you are returning an item because of an error by us or because your product is faulty, we are more than happy to refund the original delivery cost and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item/s to us. How do I cancel an item?
The UK Distance Selling Directive gives you the right to cancel a contract of purchase for any item within 7 working days of receipt. This applies to all our products. To cancel an item, simply return your order, stating your reason for return as ‘Contract Cancellation’ and send your order too:
